IAM Local 700 members in Middletown and IAM Local 1746 in East Hartford, CT voted overwhelmingly to accept a new 5.5 year contract with Pratt & Whitney. The agreement, passed by a vote of 1,691 to 385 on Sunday, gives the 2,600 IAM members annual raises of 2.5 percent as well as $6,500 in bonuses.
